Bomnie Skin Care Return & Refund Policy
At Bomnie Skin Care, we're dedicated to offering you the highest quality skincare and cosmetic products. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, here's how you can proceed with a return or refund.
1. Timeframe for Returns & Refunds
You have 3 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, and for strict hygiene and safety reasons, for an item to be eligible for a return, it must strictly meet the following conditions:

Original Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, with all its safety seals intact, and in its original packaging (including boxes, seals, and any wrapping). We cannot accept returns for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Complete Packaging: It must include all components, labels, brochures, and accessories that came with the product.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or your order number is essential as proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items:
To protect the health and safety of all our customers, the following products are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, unless they are defective from the manufacturer or an error was made in shipping by us:

Products whose safety seal has been broken or that have been opened/used.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items (unless otherwise specified).
3. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective product, an item damaged during shipping, or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within no more than 48 hours of receiving your order).

We'll ask you to send us clear photos or videos of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.

Once verified, we'll offer you a replacement at no extra cost or a full refund, including original shipping costs. In these cases, Bomnie Skin Care will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

Contact Us: Send an email to BomnieSkinCare@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Request - [Your Order Number]". In the message, include:

Your full name.

Order number.

The products you wish to return.

The reason for the return.

If applicable (for defective/damaged products), attach clear photos or videos.

Authorization: We'll respond with detailed instructions, and if your return is approved and meets our conditions, we'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be visible on the outside of the package.

Ship the Return: Send the product back to the address we'll provide. We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance, as Bomnie Skin Care is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in return transit.
5. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a change of mind or if the product doesn't meet your expectations (but isn't defective and meets return conditions), the return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.

If the return is due to a defective product, damage, or our error, Bomnie Skin Care will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets all the conditions of our policy, we will process your refund:

The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

The refund process may take between 5 to 10 business days to complete once we've issued the refund, depending on your banking institution. We'll notify you via email once the refund has been issued.
7. Exchanges
Currently, we do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you'll need to initiate a return according to our policy and then place a new order on our store.
